山東裝載機(jī)配件之增壓器使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意什么？

1、保持清潔
發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后,不能立即熄火。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作時(shí),有一部分機(jī)油供給渦輪增壓器轉(zhuǎn)子軸承潤(rùn)滑和用于冷卻的。正在運(yùn)行的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)突然停機(jī)后,機(jī)油壓力迅速下降為零,增壓器渦輪部分的高溫傳到中間,軸承支承殼內(nèi)的熱量不能迅速帶走,而同時(shí)增壓器轉(zhuǎn)子仍在慣性作用下高速旋轉(zhuǎn)。因此，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱機(jī)狀態(tài)下如果突然停機(jī)，會(huì)引起渦輪增壓器內(nèi)滯留的機(jī)油過(guò)熱而損壞軸承和軸.特別要防止猛轟幾腳油門(mén)后突然熄火。
