拆檢山東裝載機(jī)雙作用安全閥后發(fā)現(xiàn)，錐閥前端有一黑色小橡膠塊，經(jīng)辨認(rèn)，此黑色小橡膠塊是轉(zhuǎn)斗缸受損油封的殘塊。正常狀態(tài)下，錐閥應(yīng)是閉合的，現(xiàn)小橡膠塊處于錐閥前端，將錐閥頂開使其處于常開狀態(tài)，造成轉(zhuǎn)斗缸卸載、活塞桿收回并通過連桿機(jī)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致轉(zhuǎn)斗自動(dòng)前傾。最后，將轉(zhuǎn)斗雙作用安全閥內(nèi)的小橡膠塊取出，轉(zhuǎn)斗即不再自動(dòng)前傾。
