山東裝載機油缸使用注意事項

裝載機油缸必須嚴格按技術要求安裝，不得有任何松動，進出油口接頭之間必須加上密封圈并緊固好，以防漏油。裝載機油缸在使用時應該注意一下幾點：

1、為了防止活塞桿等細長件彎曲或變形，放置時應用墊木支承均衡。拆卸時應防止損傷活塞桿頂端螺紋、油口螺紋和活塞桿表面、缸套內壁等。

2、油缸安裝面與活塞的滑動面，應保持一定的平行度和垂直度。

4、活塞桿端銷孔應與耳環銷孔(或耳軸)方向一致，否則油缸將受以耳軸為支點的彎曲負載，產生磨損、卡死等現象。

5、在行程較大、環境溫度較高的場合，油缸只能一端固定，另一端保持自由伸縮狀態，以防熱脹而引起缸體變形。

6、行程較大的油缸，應在缸體和活塞桿中部設置支承，以防自重產生向下彎曲現象。

7、拆卸時應按順序進行。由于各種液壓缸結構和大小不盡相同，拆卸順序也稍有不同。一般應放掉油缸兩腔的油液，然后拆卸缸蓋，最后拆卸活塞與活塞桿，卸卸前后要設法創造條件防止液壓缸的零件被周圍的灰塵和雜質污染。
